Where is Rocca Nettuno Suites located?
The Hotel is located in Sliema, in quiet peaceful surroundings, just off the beaten track. It is just a few minutes away from the Town Centre, within Malta’s most exclusive area.

How far is it from the airport to the Hotel?
Malta International Airport is about 12km away.

Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes, we are happy to assist you and can arrange a taxi service for approximately € 30 each way. It is advisable to book transfers via our reservation staff at least a day in advance.

Are all suites the same?
Standard furnishings are nearly all identical, except for the front suites which have sofa beds that can sleep up to two additional people, as against the single rear suite sofa bed that sleeps one person. Still, additional beds can be set in the rear suites to accommodate further people. Furthermore, the hotel also has two of its suites specifically designed for people with special needs.

Are the Hotel rates per room or per person?
While rates are per person per day on a suite only basis, with the rate slightly differing for single occupancy, meals are at a supplement.

Are single suites spacious?
All suites have twin beds, and these are also used for single occupancy.

Does my suite reservation require a guarantee?
All reservations require a credit card guarantee.

What Credit Cards does the hotel accept?
The Hotel accepts valid Visa & Master cards, and also American Express.

What currencies does the hotel accept?
The Hotel accepts all major international currencies.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?
Check-in is at 1400hrs and check-out is at 11.00hrs, although you can extend your check-out should there be suite availability. A luggage room is also available, for those who would like to enjoy the last hours before departure.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?
It is sometimes possible to check in earlier than 1400hrs; however this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. To be sure of having the suite ready upon early arrival, it is suggested that you reserve it from the night before.

Do you charge for a late check-out?
It is possible to have a late check-out, with charges applying according to season.

Do the suites have balconies?
All suites have a balcony, with some enjoying views of the picturesque Sliema Creek.

Do the Hotel’s suites cater for families travelling with children?
The suites are spacious, and can take up to four persons comfortably. Baby cots can also be provided, on request.

What are the basic facilities within the hotel’s suites?
All suites are air-conditioned, and are equipped with telephones having direct dialling facilities for both local & international calls. All suite televisions are large flat screen, and provide guests with a selection of stations to view. Furthermore, suites have basic cooking facilities, the likes of electric kettles, toasters, microwaves, and full size fridge / freezers.

Are hairdryers available in the suites?
Hairdryers are available in all suites.

Does the hotel provide ironing services?
Irons and boards are available via the Hotel's Front Desk.

Does the hotel offer laundry and dry cleaning services?
The hotel does provide these services, including an express facility – tariffs displayed in suite information packs.

What voltage do you use in Malta?
Malta’s electricity supply is of 240v.

Does the Hotel have internet facilities?
An internet point is available within every suite, apart from a wireless service.  Wireless facilities are also available at ground-floor level.

Does the Hotel have any parking facilities?
The Hotel has an underground garage, with ample parking facilities at no extra charge. Cyclists may also make use of a particular part of this area.

Where can one place valuables?
Safety deposit boxes are available within each suite.

Does the Hotel have a swimming pool?
The Hotel’s outdoor pool, located at roof top level, is surrounded by a sundeck area.

When and where is breakfast served?
Buffet breakfast is served between 0730hrs to 1000hrs, at ground floor level. A reduced breakfast spread is also available for early departures.

Do you serve lunch?
Although we do not have a regular lunch menu, our food and beverage outlets are open during these hours and guests can have a meal within a modern and yet casual dining ambience.

When and where is dinner served?
Dinner arrangements can be made on a “Dine Around” basis – a card system where clients can buy credit for discounted meals at various hotels and outlets in the area.

Are high-chairs available in your dining areas?
Yes, we do have high-chairs available for your children’s use.

Is a baby-sitting service available?
A baby sitting service is available on request, at an affordable charge.  A day’s advance notice is required.

Is it safe to drink tap water in Malta?
It is advisable to use bottled mineral water, for drinking purposes.

Is a doctor available at the Hotel?
We do have a doctor on call on a 24 / 7 basis, charging reasonable rates for his services.

Are there dentists, should the need arise?
The Hotel does have contact details of dental clinics located in the vicinity.

Are there any hospitals within the locality?
There is a private hospital in Sliema; while Malta’s general hospital is just a ten minute taxi ride away.

Do you allow pets?
Sadly we are unable to accept pets in the hotel, unless it is a guide dog.

How far is it from the hotel to the Town Centre of Sliema?
The Town Centre is approximately 200 metres away.

Where can I catch a bus from, to Malta’s Capital City?
Busses to Valletta can be found just 400 metres away from the hotel. Some even provide a direct link to our secluded sandy beaches and the north of the Island.

Are there any shops and shopping centres, similar outlets, or places of interest in the area?
Malta’s most fashionable shops are in Sliema, merely 200 metres away from the Hotel. Banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, florists, Catholic churches, diving centres, water-sports centres, rocky beaches, lidos, day cruise boats, tour shops, many cafés & restaurants, hair salons, beauticians, and a hotel gym & Spa are within walking distance from the Hotel, besides a  neighbouring English language school.
